Can I use Reward Points on all products?
Almost — but there’s one rule to know:
Products priced in points (Pt) can only be purchased using Reward Points.
Coupons and discounts won’t apply to point-priced products.
(That’s why you may see a message saying coupons can’t be used.)
Why does my product price say “Pt100” instead of dollars?
That means the product is a points-only item.
Pt100 = 100 Reward Points
These items must be paid using SUMO Reward Points
No cash, no coupons — points only

Can I partially pay with points and the rest with cash?
For regular products, yes — if enabled.
For points-only products, no.
They must be paid entirely with Reward Points.
What happens after I place an order with Reward Points?
